Looking Forward in 2019
Hello, Esteemed Reader!
Thank you for taking the time to read my blog.
What was the biggest lesson you learned in 2018? What was the most memorable event for you?
There was a lot I learned. The time flew by just like that. There were good times, sad times, lonely times, confusing times, frightening time, angry times and awfully tiresome times… but they all come to pass. My focus is in the present moment. This moment creates my next.
This year, I intend to do more of what I love by being clear, focused and strategic. As I completed my life coach training, I realised I was just beginning to harness the power of breaking down my goals and desires in morsels that I can chew. In fact, you can read about how my friend Piyushi has also implemented goal achievement in this article.
If you recall, last year in 2018 I had set out a challenge for myself to not consume any processed sugar other than honey and maple syrup. I am reporting that that did not happen. It started off strong, but with one small infraction upon the next, I found the intention had crashed. It was an experiment after all.
I found out that it is not easy, especially when sugar is so readily available and cheap, not to mention addictive and even delicious.
Although I am still working on my health (because my health always takes care of me), I am not making any intention to consume zero processed sugar.
Visit me again to find out what I’m up to. I’m working on my book and having it published this year!
Until next time, here’s a little video of how we had fun during the winter break.
Blissful blessings to you!
P.S. What is your biggest goal, dream or desire for 2019?
