March Messes

Hello!

Can you believe it is the first day of March? It’s a beautifully sunny day here as I type, and I am grateful to have you visit 🙂

Why did I entitle today’s post “March Messes”? Well, after a Skype call with a fellow life coach graduate, I realised that it’s time to clean up and eliminate before adding more to my plate. I’ve got to chew, swallow, digest and assimilate what’s already on my plate before I allow more on it. I am using this metaphorically, of course. My plate is my life. Food could be information, commitments, etc.

My Skype buddy and I both clearly see that we need to let go of things: books, clothes, equipment, old ideas that don’t serve any longer. One of my goals for this week was to write down my March MAINLY goals. MAINLY is an acronym whose “M” stands for messes. This month, I want to clear up some old lingering things so that I can move forward in April… of course, the sooner I clear up (and it’s always ongoing), the sooner I can create new experiences.

Did you know that I have been working on my upcoming book Be Awesome: 8 Fundamental Practices to get You from Crappy to Happy? Yes, that’s right, I’ve given it a title I am happy with. What do you think the book is about?
